Job Overview & Responsibilities




We are seeking an experienced Oracle Financials Configuration Analyst to join our rapidly expanding Cloud Practice. This role is critical in supporting our clients' financial transformation initiatives as they migrate to Oracle Cloud ERP. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Oracle financial modules configuration, with a strong mix of experience across areas such as General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Projects, Assets, Procurement, Billing, and Inventory. We value diverse module expertise and are looking for candidates who can contribute across multiple financial workstreams. Public sector experience is a plus.

    Configure various Oracle Cloud Financial modules based on your areas of expertise
  • Lead client requirement sessions across GL, AR, or other financial modules
  • Design and implement financial processes including chart of accounts, customer setups, or procurement workflows
  • Integrate financial modules with related areas such as Projects, Assets, Billing, or Inventory
  • Support data migration, testing, and post-implementation activities
  • Optimize financial processes leveraging your module-specific knowledge
  • Document configurations and provide client training
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams on enterprise-wide implementations





Qualifications




  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or related and/or equivalent work experience
  • 8+ years Oracle configuration experience in any combination of: GL, AR, Projects, Assets, Procurement, Billing, or Inventory
  • Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles
  • Full lifecycle implementation and extensive configuration experience in at least 2-3 Oracle modules
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills

Preferred Skills

  • Oracle Cloud certification in any financial module
  • Public sector/government implementation experience
  • OTC, P2P, and R2R expertise
  • Integration experience (Oracle Integration Cloud)
  • Data migration tools (FBDI, ADFdi)
  • SQL and reporting capabilities (OTBI, Smart View)
  • Additional Oracle Cloud module exposure
