Job summary

Accenture is seeking a finance-minded Oracle ERP Consultant to help CFOs transform core accounting and finance operations on Oracle Cloud ERP. You will blend deep GL, sub-ledger expertise with strong consulting and delivery skills to guide finance teams through new ways of working.

You will collaborate across client stakeholders, Accenture delivery teams, product teams, integration and offshore resources to deliver Oracle Cloud ERP outcomes and enable long-term finance adoption, including

Qualifications

• Experience implementing Oracle Cloud ERP Financials (GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, or Intercompany).
• Experience configuring Oracle Fixed Assets, asset lifecycle, depreciation, and reporting.
• Finance transformation consulting with process design, close optimization, or CFO advisory work.
• Experience with finance process data—COA design, sub-ledger to ledger reconciliation, data conversion, or finance master data management.
• Hands-on experience in utilities finance or regulatory functions is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 12+ years of work experience if no degree.

Responsibilities

• Support Oracle Cloud ERP transformation programs for CFO and finance organizations, including process redesign, configuration, data conversion, testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live adoption.
• Design and configure Oracle Fixed Assets capabilities including categories, books, depreciation methods, capitalization, and integration with Projects and GL.
• Translate CFO priorities into measurable enterprise value cases with KPI baselines linking Oracle ERP to finance outcomes.
• Analyze finance process data and inform design, cleanse legacy data, and validate cutover readiness.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders, Accenture delivery teams, product teams, integration and offshore resources to deliver outcomes.
• Provide hand-on Oracle Cloud ERP training and enablement for business users and project teams.
• Support cutover activities, deployment readiness, and change enablement for finance releases.
