Job summary

Huron Consulting Group seeks a Senior Analyst in the United States with strong Oracle EPM Cloud experience and 1–2 years of software implementation exposure. This role offers remote work with up to 50% travel, a base salary range of $85,000 to $95,000, and eligibility for incentive compensation.

You will analyze requirements, maintain functional documentation, perform tests, and collaborate with clients and teams to deliver transformation across strategy, operations, digital and culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, science, liberal arts, computer science, information systems, or other technology-related majors.
• 1-2 years of experience working within software implementation process.
• At least 1 year of experience analyzing requirements, maintaining functional documentation, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users.
• Strong analytics and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients.
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• EPM Cloud Certifications (or progress toward them) is a plus.
• Prior consulting industry experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
