Job summary

IBM Consulting is seeking a consultant to deliver Oracle ERP/SCM projects across UK client sites. You will analyze requirements, design solutions, and work with technical teams to implement Oracle Cloud ERP/SCM, including data migration and integration tasks.

The role emphasizes customer-facing delivery, multi-industry exposure, and occasional travel to client sites. A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, with up to five years of functional ERP experience.

Qualifications

• Up to 5 years of functional experience delivering Oracle ERP/SCM Applications.
• Minimum of 3 full Oracle Cloud Implementations cycles.
• Demonstrated experience in Solution Design, Requirements Analysis, Functional Design Configuration Documentation, Troubleshooting and Integration Architecture.
• Experience working with technical teams for Interface design, development and testing.
• Ability to multi-task and to work independently.
• Strong client facing, communication and client management skills.
• A good understanding of Application Implementation methodologies.
• Ability to travel to client sites.
• Demonstrable functional skills in Oracle Fusion Cloud data migration (ERP, SCM) and GL, AP, AR.
• Data mapping, transformation, reconciliation; data cleansing and data quality management.
• Migration testing and defect resolution; stakeholder management and reporting documentation.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to all phases of the consulting lifecycle in client projects.
• Perform requirement analysis, process documentation and solution design.
• Configure, deploy and support Oracle ERP/SCM solutions for clients.
• Support proposal development and demonstrate applicability to customers.
• Collaborate with technical teams on interface design and testing.
