Job summary

IBM Consulting is seeking an Oracle Cloud AMS Payroll Lead to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent role involving implementing, configuring, testing, and providing production support for Oracle HCM Payroll and Self Services, with travel to client sites as needed.

You will work with clients to understand requirements, design solutions, develop OTBI reports, and ensure delivery quality across cloud payroll projects on the Oracle HCM Cloud platform.

Qualifications

• Experience with implementing, configuring, and testing Oracle HCM Payroll and Self Services to meet business requirements.
• Experience in writing functional and technical design documents to guide system configuration and testing processes.
• Experience integrating Oracle HCM Cloud solutions into clients' environments for seamless adoption.
• Experience with OTBI reporting to support business analysis and decision-making.
• Experience with regression testing and troubleshooting Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll implementations.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure solutions: write design documents, configure the system, and test processes to meet client objectives.
• Deliver comprehensive support across the project lifecycle, including process understanding, product configuration, and demonstrations.
• Develop reports using OTBI to support business analysis and decision-making.
• Ensure quality delivery through regression testing and smooth integration into client environments.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll implementation and production support.
