Accenture is seeking an experienced Oracle Customer Cloud Service (CCS) Conversion Developer to support migration and implementation of customer-facing data in Oracle Utilities CCS. The role requires converting legacy billing and customer communications into CCS templates while collaborating with business teams.

The incumbent will design, test, and validate documents such as bills and notices, map data structures, and participate in go-live activities with a focus on regulatory and branding

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience as Oracle Cloud CCS conversion developer.
• Experience converting legacy billing documents and customer communications into CCS templates.
• Ability to work with business analysts and compliance teams to validate designs against standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test customer-facing documents within Oracle Utilities CCS, including bills, notices, and payment arrangements.
• Convert legacy billing documents into CCS templates while preserving rules and mappings.
• Map billing, usage, and account data into CCS document templates with CCS output.
• Collaborate with business analysts and leads to gather requirements and validate designs.
• Perform unit testing and support UAT, assist in go-live cutover and post-production stabilization.
• Maintain conversion specifications and template design documentation.
