Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of QA/testing experience with at least 3+ years as a Test Lead.
• Strong experience with Oracle Utilities CC&B and related testing activities.
• Hands-on experience across functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
• Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA or ALM/Quality Center.
• SQL knowledge for backend validation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing for Oracle CC&B implementation, upgrade, and support projects.
• Define test strategy, test plans, and testing schedules.
• Review and validate business requirements and functional specifications.
• Design, execute, and oversee functional, integration, regression, SIT, and UAT testing.
• Coordinate with business users, developers, and project managers throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Manage defect triage, reporting, and resolution.
• Lead offshore/onshore QA teams and monitor testing progress.
• Ensure quality standards, test coverage, and timely project delivery.
• Prepare test metrics, status reports, and quality dashboards.
