Job summary

Infosys Limited is seeking a Oracle CC&B Tech Consultant for the US market within the SURE unit. The role focuses on domain consulting, solution architecture, and integration across utility systems. You will lead business analyses, evaluate IT solutions, and develop scalable architectures.

Ideal candidates have CC&B deployment experience, familiarity with Oracle CC&B product architecture, and a bachelor’s degree. Expect relocation/travel as needed and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Experience of at least 1 or 2 full-cycle implementations for a utility with hands on technical and deployment experience in Oracle CC&B.
• Experience with process integration of CC&B with other utility enterprise and operational systems such as core ERP, WAM, MWM, MDM, GIS etc.
• Experience in Oracle CC&B Product Architecture, Oracle PIP, Data Model, Oracle Utilities Application Framework.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent; relocation/travel may be required. Candidate authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship welcome to apply.

In the assigned Job Role of Domain Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Perform business analysis projects using advanced techniques (e.g., predictive analytics, scenario modelling) to identify strategic opportunities within the domain, influencing long-term decisions and value chain optimization
• Perform detailed evaluations of IT solutions, leveraging domain expertise to assess effectiveness and alignment with client goals, guiding strategic technology decisions
• Create documentation for systems, ensuring precision and thoroughness, while leading efforts to articulate sophisticated technical concepts for diverse stakeholders
• Perform specialized research on third-party products, providing in-depth insights on features, performance, and integration capabilities to ensure alignment with client needs and industry standards
• Create solution architectures and develop comprehensive architectural diagrams, ensuring scalability, resilience, and integration with existing infrastructure.
• Run the technical aspects of implementation by applying domain knowledge and ensuring scalable optimal system performance. Design and execute maintenance strategies to ensure long-term system reliability

Your contribution to the team:

• Expertise in of IT solutions and solution architecture for specific sectors
• Proficiency in evaluating IT solutions and aligning them with business enhancement goals

Required Skill and Experience

• Experience of at least 1 or 2 full-cycle implementation for a utility (Power/Water/Swear Water Domain) with hands on technical and deployment experience in Oracle CC&B.
• Experience with process integration of CC&B with other utility enterprise and operational systems such as core ERP, WAM, MWM, MDM, GIS etc.
• Experience in Oracle CC&B Product Architecture , Oracle PIP, Data Model, Oracle Utilities Application Framework
• Exposure to US (Regulated and De-Regulated) Markets
• Experience in CC&B Application Development Frame works

Preferred Skill and Experience

• Experience in Batch Programming, Algorithm, UI Maps, BO/MO, Change Handlers, Service Scripts ,Business Scripts, BPA Script ,Application Service, User Exits (Java/HTML/JSP/XML) and web services development.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:

In CA, WA, NY, CO, MD, IL, MN, NJ, VT, MA: $114,000 to $167,000

In Washington, DC: $106,000 to $147,500
