Job summary

Arroyo Consulting LLC is seeking a senior Oracle C2M/CC&B developer for a remote engagement. The role focuses on design, development, and deployment of enhancements, with strong emphasis on integration and data workflows across related systems.

Applicants should have 5+ years of hands-on experience, OUAF expertise, and solid Oracle DB skills. Excellent troubleshooting and communication abilities are required to support complex utility billing processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on development with Oracle C2M (preferred) or Oracle CC&B.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).
• Experience with Java, SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle databases.
• Experience with configuration tools: BOs, algorithms, scripting, and batch jobs.
• Solid understanding of utility billing and customer lifecycle processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities
