Job summary

Accrescent Group seeks an Oracle C2M Cutover Lead in Philadelphia, PA for a 12+ month engagement. The role requires prior C2M/CC&B cutover leadership and hands-on experience with large utility CIS implementations through production Go-Live.

You will manage detailed cutover plans, runbooks, and large Command Center operations, while communicating with executives under tight schedules. Utilities experience preferred, gas or electric familiarity is ideal.

Qualifications

• Prior Oracle Utilities C2M/CC&B cutover leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Led large-scale utility CIS implementation through production Go-Live.
• Strong understanding of C2M conversion, batch processing, integrations, validation, and business readiness.
• Experience developing and managing highly detailed cutover plans/runbooks.
• Experience running large Command Center/Control Center operations.
• Executive communication under significant schedule pressure; gas or electric utility experience preferred.

Job Description

Ideally has led at least one large-scale utility CIS implementation through production Go-Live.
Strong understanding of C2M conversion, batch processing, integrations, environment activities, validation, and business readiness.
Experience developing and managing highly detailed integrated cutover plans/runbooks.
Experience running large Command Center/Control Center operations.
Strong critical-path, dependency, risk, and schedule-management capabilities.
HP ALM experience preferred, particularly an understanding of how test/defect readiness impacts cutover entrance criteria and Go-Live decisions.
Ability to challenge technical estimates and identify execution gaps—not simply consolidate status.
Strong executive communication and ability to operate under significant schedule pressure.
Utility experience required; gas or combined electric/gas preferred, electric acceptable.
