What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Document and analyze current business processes to identify areas for improvement
- Utilize functional expertise to drive change through technology and business process redesign
- Validate and document business needs, distinguishing between needs and wants
- Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Change Control processes
- Develop and maintain end-user training documentation and deliver training as required

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering from an accredited college or university
- 7+ years' experience as an Oracle business analyst (Supporting Oracle EBS Versions 11i, 12)
- 2+ years of planning skills, including project coordination and management
- Thorough knowledge of business processes in a diverse manufacturing organization
- Proven experience in business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Oracle Finance modules (General Ledger, AP, AR, Invoicing, Tax)
- Strong process orientation with methodology-based implementation experience
- Ability to train and provide support to users as required
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com integration experience
- Experience in developing business cases and ROI for solution design proposals
