What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Document and analyze current business processes to identify areas for improvement
- Drive change through technology and business process redesign to maximize ROI on Oracle applications
- Validate and document business needs while distinguishing between needs and wants
- Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Change Control processes
- Develop and maintain end-user training documentation and deliver training sessions as required

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering from an accredited college or university
- 7+ years’ experience as an Oracle business analyst (Supporting Oracle EBS Versions 11i, 12)
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination and management, including planning and scheduling
- Thorough knowledge of business processes within a diverse manufacturing organization
- Strong process orientation with experience in business and technical requirements analysis

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Oracle Finance modules, including General Ledger, AP, AR, and Invoicing
- Proven ability to establish and maintain effective relationships within the organization
- Familiarity with compliance requirements such as External Audit, JSOX, and International Trade
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges
