Job summary

The Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) in Washington, DC is seeking an Oracle Applications Support Manager to lead Oracle Financials and EPM support within the DIFS Center. You will supervise functional analysts, coordinate with the OCIO team, and guide upgrades, patches, testing and deployments of system enhancements.

The role requires at least six years of related experience, including supervising staff and knowledge of public sector accounting.

Qualifications

• Six (6) years of progressive work experience performing related duties such as: overseeing financial systems and processes; leading business teams to implement system enhancements and resolve system issues.
• Experience supporting Oracle eBusiness Suite and/or Oracle Financial Cloud.
• Knowledge of public sector accounting and municipal financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage functional analysts; oversee implementation of enhancements, modifications, upgrades, and patches.
• Monitor project team progression and deliverables.
• Coordinate with OCIO Support Center technical team to implement changes into production.
• Manage and resolve ERP and EPM Level 1 and 2 non-technical issues for business owners and users.
