Job summary

Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) in Washington, DC, seeks an Oracle Functional Financial Analyst to support the District Integrated Financial System (DIFS) in the OFOS group. The incumbent will work with Oracle Cloud and reporting tools, collaborating with business owners and users to document requirements and ensure effective ERP operations.

Responsibilities cover finance and analysis, documentation, testing, and cross-functional support for Oracle modules such as Payables,

Qualifications

Experience with Oracle ERP modules such as Payables, Receivables, Cash Management, General Ledger, Procurement, Projects, Grants, or Budgetary Control/Encumbrance Accounting.
Knowledge of public sector accounting and governmental financial operations is preferred.
ERP Cloud support experience and ability to document business requirements and assist users.

Responsibilities

Design and implement system initiatives in the DIFS Support Center and maintain ERP financial modules.
Assist with business process improvements, internal controls, and documentation retention.
Identify and document business requirements and analyze Oracle/ERP processes.
Review enhancement requests, perform testing, and analyze system functionality.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
