Millennium Software and Staffing Inc. seeks a seasoned Oracle Applications leader to drive global procurement initiatives and provide top-tier application support.

The role requires 12+ years in Oracle Applications, 6+ years leading support teams, and deep experience across Oracle Procurement Cloud and EBS Procurement, with ITIL and SOX compliance expertise to guide stakeholder engagements and strategic delivery.

Qualifications

• 12+ years Oracle Applications experience.
• 6+ years leading Oracle Application Support teams.
• Strong background in Oracle Procurement Cloud / EBS Procurement (Purchasing, iProcurement, Sourcing, Approvals, Inventory, Order Management).
• ITIL knowledge, SOX compliance expertise, and strong stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery for P0 business-critical projects and oversee launched initiatives.
• Drive strategic project delivery for Oracle modules and processes.
• Own platform operations including Guided Buying, E-Store, Blanket Agreements, Oracle Rules Engine, and SOX compliance.
• Manage L2/L3 production support, major incident management, RCA, and problem management.
• Partner with Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, IT & Security teams; present to senior leadership.

What You'll Do:

Lead delivery for P0 business-critical projects - S&K JV Distribution Center launch, RL Drop Ship expansion (India, Brazil, Korea), and RL Direct Ship initiatives

Drive strategic project delivery - Oracle Spend Management, Spend Approvals, Buyer Automation, and more

Own platform operations - Guided Buying, E-Store, Blanket Agreements, Oracle Rules Engine, and SOX compliance

Manage L2/L3 production support, major incident management, RCA, and problem management

Partner with Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, IT & Security teams; present to senior leadership

What You Bring:

12+ years Oracle Applications experience

6+ years leading Oracle Application Support teams
