Job summary

A technology consultancy is seeking an experienced Oracle APEX / PL/SQL Developer to engage with clients in the United States on high-level enterprise projects. The role involves active participation through all phases of the SDLC, developing and maintaining packages and scripts in PL/SQL, and optimizing performance. Ideal candidates will have over 8 years of experience in Oracle PL/SQL and a strong background in Oracle APEX UI development, complemented by solid teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle PL/SQL and SQL.
• Solid experience in Oracle APEX for UI development.
• Experience with Oracle EBS, especially financial modules.

At Capital Minds Inc., we are looking for an Oracle APEX / PL/SQL Developer to represent us in front of clients in the United States on high-level enterprise projects.

Qualifications and Responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of the SDLC for projects and customizations in Oracle EBS.
• Analyze business requirements, design technical solutions, and estimate development efforts.
• Develop and maintain packages, scripts, and concurrent programs in PL/SQL for Oracle EBS.
• Perform SQL and PL/SQL tuning to optimize performance.
• Develop using Oracle APEX, PL/SQL, ORDS, and ADF.
• Follow good code control practices (Git) and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
• +8 years of experience in Oracle PL/SQL and SQL.
• Solid experience in Oracle APEX (UI development).
• Experience integrating systems via REST APIs / ORDS.
• Extensive experience in Oracle EBS, especially in financial modules (AR, AP, GL, INV, Pricing, Costing, Projects, etc.).
• Experience in performance tuning and version control with Git.
• Proactive, organized, and results-oriented.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Desirable (nice to have)

• Experience in OM, WIP, ATO, BOM, INV modules.
• Experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).
• Reside in the United States
• Hold US Citizen status or Green Card (no exceptions)
• Verifiable experience in Oracle APEX / PL/SQL / Oracle EBS
