Responsibilities include prepping the OR, assisting during surgery, handling radiographs, and post-operative turnover, with a focus on safety and collaboration in a busy specialty hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Pre-operative: review cases, ensure OR is cleaned and ready, prepare instruments, review surgeon preferences, ensure equipment is functional, perform pre-op radiographs, properly drape patient.
• Intra-operative: assist surgeons, retrieve instruments, troubleshoot equipment, assist in C-Arm handling, run insufflation, manage flush for arthroscopy/cystoscopy, troubleshoot integration systems.
• Post-Operative: perform post-op radiographs, prepare instruments for cleaning, restock OR.
