Sentara Obici Hospital in Suffolk, VA is seeking an OR Unit Coordinator for a full-time Days shift. The RN Unit Coordinator demonstrates nursing proficiency in the OR and provides clinical leadership for nursing care in the department.

Under the manager, this role leads safety and quality initiatives, improves workflow, and contributes to staff development while promoting excellent customer service. BSN and VA RN license are required, with BLS due within 90 days and at least 18 months RN

Qualifications

• BSN degree required.
• Virginia RN license required.
• BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Minimum 18 months of RN experience.
