Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare operating rooms with instruments, equipment and sterile supplies.
• Assist surgeons and nurses with procedures and scrub duties.
• Maintain sterile technique and infection prevention throughout procedures.
• Handle, organize, and pass surgical instruments and supplies accurately.
• Assist with direct patient care before, during, and after surgery.
• Support instrument prep, cleaning, and OR equipment between cases.
• Collaborate with perioperative team to deliver coordinated care.
• Participate in quality improvement and ongoing professional development.
