Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking an OR Team Leader for the Robotics, GYN, and GU service lines at Baptist Medical Center South. The role focuses on coordinating, guiding, and evaluating unit activities to ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to nursing processes and policy.

The position requires an active RN license, BLS, CNOR within 1 year, and a Bachelor’s degree preferred. A minimum of 3 years in progressive surgery experience is desired, with opportunities to lead and develop the team.

Qualifications

• RN license required; CNOR within 1 year of hire.
• BLS required; ACLS/PALS may be required depending on area.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; degree in nursing.
• Minimum 3 years progressive surgery experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate, coordinate, and evaluate unit activities for quality patient care.
• Serve as clinical leader and direction in nursing process and quality improvement.
• Lead in accordance with hospital policies and service line goals.
• Scrub and Circulate as applicable; work with Nursing Leadership.
