Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking an OR Team Leader for the Weekend - Second Shift to oversee perioperative services at Baptist Medical Center South. The RN Team Lead will coordinate unit activities, lead a high-performing team, and ensure delivery of quality patient care in accordance with hospital policies.

Requirements include an active RN license, BLS, CNOR within 1 year of hire, and at least 3 years of progressive surgery experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Active RN license required, BLS required, CNOR required within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate, coordinate, and evaluate unit activities for quality patient care.
• Serve as a clinical leader and role model, providing direction in nursing processes and quality improvement.
