Qualifications

• Surgical Technologist certification preferred.
• Experience in surgical technology or operating room setting required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Ability to read, write, speak English, and perform essential job functions safely.

Responsibilities

• Assist surgeons by anticipating needs, preparing instruments, and maintaining sterile fields.
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment, ensure aseptic techniques, and handle contaminated supplies appropriately.
• Prepare operating rooms, facilitate efficient room turnover, and restock supplies.
• Communicate effectively with team members, report issues, and adapt to workflow changes.
