Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is essential for this role.
• Technical School Diploma in Surgical Technology preferred.
• No prior experience required, although less than 1 year is preferred.
• Must possess basic life support certification from AHA.
• Certification as a surgical technologist upon hire is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates safe and effective invasive surgical procedures.
• Prepares and maintains the sterile field and surgical instruments.
• Collaborates with the surgical team for successful procedures.
• Performs post-surgery cleaning in the operating room.
