Job summary

Southern NH Medical Center in Nashua, NH is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist for full-time, first shift in the Operating Room. You will prepare sterile instrumentation, assist the surgical team, and help ensure patient safety and efficient case flow.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited surgical technologist program, TS-C or CST certification, current BLS, and NH registration. Flexible 8-, 10-, and 12-hour days; $15K sign-on bonus offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited surgical technologist program required.
• Tech in Surgery (TS-C) or Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• New Hampshire Medical Technologist registration required unless NH license already held.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prepare sterile instrumentation and equipment for surgical procedures.
• Assist surgical team with verification process and intra-operative procedures.
• Assist with closure procedures and review surgical bookings against preference cards.
• Maintain sterile field and instrument counts for each case.
