Job summary

Brine Group is seeking Surgical Technologists for all shifts across Southern New Hampshire. Full-time and part-time opportunities available with competitive benefits and opportunities to work with advanced OR technologies.

Responsibilities include preparing sterile instrumentation, assisting the surgical team during procedures, and ensuring sterility and safety throughout the operation. Qualifications include graduation from an accredited program, TS-C or CST certification, and BLS within 30

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited surgical technologist program required.
• TS-C or CST certification required.
• Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prepare sterile instrumentation and equipment for surgical procedures.
• Assist surgical team with verification process.
• Assist surgical team with intra-operative procedures and with closure procedures.
• Review the surgical booking and matches procedures to preference cards.
• Accurately uses surgical preference cards for selection of instrumentation.
• Inspect instruments for sterility, safety and function.
• Evaluate surroundings to maintain sterile field.

All shifts available - FT & PT opportunities

Location: Southern New Hampshire

• $15K sign-on bonus for full-time! (Sign-on bonuses for part-time roles based on experience.)
• $5/hr special OR diff!
• Hours are flexible - choose from 8 hr, 10 hr, or 12 hr shifts.
• Multiple services which include: orthopedics, neurosurgery, general, GYN, urology, colorectal, podiatry, breasts, plastics, ENT, ophthalmology, and bariatrics.
• State-of-the-art operating rooms that have recently been upgraded with the newest versions of lights, booms, equipment, and integration systems.
• Robotic surgeries for general, bariatrics, GYN, and urology utilizing our DaVinci Xi.
• Robotic procedures for total joints utilizing Stryker’s Mako or Smith & Nephew’s Cori.
• Multiple navigation systems to help with complex surgeries including the Stryker Q, BrainLab, and 7D, which all help provide safe patient care and improve patient outcomes.
• One of the very few facilities in New England that has the Stryker Airo intraoperative CT machine for neurosurgery which pairs with the Q navigation.
• Planning to add a second Q navigation system to support the neurosurgery volume, and it will include software to be utilized with ENT and orthopedics.
• Working towards building an additional OR due to high surgical volume, along with purchasing the newest robot from Intuitive, the DaVinci V.
