Incredible Health is hiring an Operating Room / Surgical Nurse (RN) in the Grand Blanc, MI area. Shift options include day and night shifts; positions available: full-time, part-time, and per diem.

Ideal candidates hold an ADN or higher nursing degree, an active RN license, and OR experience. Responsibilities include delivering direct patient care before, during, and after surgery, maintaining aseptic technique, monitoring vitals, and communicating with patients and families regarding the

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree.
• Active RN license.
• 1+ years OR/surgical experience preferred.
• ACLS/PALS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to surgical patients before, during, and after surgery per AORN standards.
• Maintain an aseptic and safe Operating Room environment.
• Assist in intra-operative nursing and technical duties as assigned.
• Monitor vital signs and physiological parameters during surgery.
• Communicate with patients and families about the procedure and postoperative care.
