Job summary

Incredible Health in Jackson, MI is seeking an OR/Surgical Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care before, during, and after surgery, following AORN standards and maintaining a sterile, safe operating room.

Qualifications include ADN or higher in nursing, active RN license, 1+ year OR experience, ACLS/PALS preferred; strong communication with patients and staff. Shifts: day, night, and mid; job types: full-time, part-time, per diem.

Qualifications

• Experience with aseptic/sterile techniques.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to surgical patients before, during, and after surgery in accordance with AORN standards.
• Maintain an aseptic and safe environment in the Operating Room.
• Assist in intra-operative nursing and technical duties as assigned.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and other physiological parameters during surgery.
• Communicate with patients and families about the procedure and postoperative care.

Salary: $61,860 to $100,870 /year
