Job summary

Talent One Services in Beckley, WV is seeking a compassionate Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join a fast-paced surgical team in Beckley. This 7-room OR supports orthopedic, trauma, general surgery, vascular, spine, gynecology, urology, and robotic-assisted procedures.

Full-time role with relocation package available; salary ranges from $71,000 to $100,000 annually. Active RN license is required, with ADN or BSN preferred and certification timelines as stated.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• ADN or BSN required.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS and PALS within 6 months of hire.
• 1+ year of nursing experience preferred.
• Operating Room or surgical nursing experience preferred.
• ASLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to surgical patients.
• Perform patient assessments and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
• Develop and update individualized patient care plans.
• Collaborate with surgeons, surgical technologists, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and follow safety protocols.
• Support both inpatient and outpatient surgical procedures.
