Heartline Staffing is seeking Operating Room Registered Nurses for day shifts at a Beckley, West Virginia hospital. The role involves supporting seven procedure rooms with a Circulator and two surgical technologists per room, across a broad surgical mix including robotic cases.

Salary ranges from $71,136 to $100,256 with full relocation. Candidates must hold WV RN license, have 1 year of OR experience, and complete BLS, ACLS, and PALS within specified timelines.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school is REQUIRED.
• Current RN license valid in West Virginia is REQUIRED.
• 1 year of Surgery experience is REQUIRED.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire is REQUIRED.
• ACLS and PALS certifications within 6 months of hire are REQUIRED.

Responsabilités

• Perform accurate, thorough patient assessments and identify patient needs.
• Initiate appropriate nursing interventions based on assessment findings.
• Provide age- and condition-appropriate nursing care.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation supporting medical necessity in the medical record.
• Develop, implement, and revise interdisciplinary care plans for each patient.
