Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify and allocate environmental, technical, and personnel resources for OR operations.
• Participate in quality assessment and improvement programs to evaluate care effectiveness.
• Develop policies, procedures, standards of care, and critical paths to promote positive patient outcomes.
• Direct and supervise unit staff; collaborate with the Clinical Manager to meet goals.
• Coordinate staffing and scheduling to maximize safety and cost efficiency.
