Qualifications

• RN licensure in Rhode Island.
• CNOR or perioperative certification preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Experience in perioperative services and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee OR, Endoscopy, and Sterile Processing Operations in a Level I trauma setting.
• Develop staffing plans and recruit to align with clinical needs.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to improve patient flow and outcomes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, quality metrics, and risk management.
• Drive evidence-based practice and continuous performance improvement.
• Collaborate across departments to standardize workflows and optimize care.
