Job summary

• Complies with JCAHO standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Identify and allocate environmental, technical, and personnel resources for OR operations.
• Participate in quality assessment and improvement programs.
• Lead development of policies, procedures, and standards of care.
• Direct and supervise unit staff and coordinate with Clinical Manager.
• Ensure equipment maintenance and safety checks are performed regularly.
