Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise RNs, Surgical Technologists and support staff in OR operations.
• Manage schedule, resources, equipment, and preference cards for surgical service lines.
• Coordinate with anesthesia and surgeons to minimize delays and optimize case flow.
• Mentor new staff and participate in ongoing education and quality improvement.
