Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in a clinical setting in an administrative or clinical role required.
• Demonstrated proficiency in duties of the Access Associate Senior role for internal candidates.
• Completed coursework or training in medical terminology and/or CPT-coding.

Responsibilities

• Locates orders and schedules procedures accurately.
• Communicates with healthcare providers regarding scheduling.
• Educates patients on pre-surgery requirements.
