Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required.
• Registered Nurse Diploma and active RN License mandatory.
• Prior Operating Room RN experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients prior to surgery.
• Educate patients and families regarding the procedure.
• Prepare patients for surgery including IV therapy.
• Participate in surgical verification protocols.
• Recognize and manage patient emergencies.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
