Leon Surgery Centers at Dadeland, LLC is seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse to join our OR team in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will have a strong surgical nursing background and a patient-centered approach to safety and quality in outpatient procedures.

Responsibilities include preparing patients, assisting surgeons, monitoring vitals, and maintaining sterile techniques, with opportunities for collaborative care and post-operative support.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in Florida.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in operating room nursing.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Bilingual: English and Spanish.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for surgery and ensure documentation is complete.
• Assist surgeons during operations by providing instruments and supplies.
• Monitor vital signs and respond to changes during surgery.
• Maintain a sterile environment in the operating room.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and outcomes.
• Provide post-operative care and support to patients.
