Job summary

Lee Health Urology Surgery Center in Fort Myers is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Operating Room team. This outpatient facility delivers safe, high-quality surgical care with a patient-focused approach.

The RN will provide perioperative nursing, collaborate with surgeons and staff, document care, and educate patients on post-op instructions. This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights, weekends, or holidays, and a strong compensation package.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing required.
• Associates or Bachelors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical staff to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safety and infection control protocols.
• Educate patients and families on post-op instructions and care.
