Orlando Health ORMC is seeking a Clinical Assistant Nurse Manager to lead shift operations, ensuring high-quality care and exceptional patient experience. You will collaborate with Nursing Operations leadership to assign care, monitor outcomes, and maintain optimal patient flow in a high-acuity setting.

The role requires at least one year of OR RN/Nurse Circulator experience, Florida RN licensure, BLS, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• One year of OR RN/Nurse Circulator experience required.
• BSN degree preferred.
• Current Florida RN license or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
• BLS certification; ACLS/TNCC depending on patient population preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead shift operations to ensure delivery of high-quality care and optimal patient flow.
• Coordinate patient flow with Administrative Supervisors, Care Coordinators, and Discharge Planners.
• Monitor patient status, especially for seriously ill patients, and manage staffing accordingly.
• Provide clinical leadership and support frontline team members and providers as appropriate.
• Promote safety, lead change initiatives, and ensure regulatory readiness.
• Engage with patients and families to enhance experience through rounds and responsive service.
