Qualified candidates have a BSN, Florida RN licensure or NLC, BLS, and 1+ year OR/Circulating experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Maintains current RN licensure in Florida or NLC.
• BLS/Healthcare Provider certification current.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care for patients with complex needs.
• Monitor patient status and respond to changes with evidence-based actions.
• Coordinate care plans and delegate tasks to team members as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient conditions and interventions.
• Respond to life-saving situations in accordance with nursing standards.
• Serve as a patient and family advocate and participate in unit education.
