Job summary

Physicians Surgery Center at Tidewater, a USPI-affiliated ambulatory surgery center, is seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse, Nurse Educator and Total Joint Coordinator. This leadership role focuses on staff education, onboarding, competency validation, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, infection prevention and accreditation readiness.

The Total Joint Coordinator will oversee patient education, program outcomes and performance improvement for the center’s total joint

Qualifications

• Current Virginia RN license.
• Minimum of two years of recent Operating Room Circulating RN experience.
• ASC experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of perioperative standards and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
