Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice; compact licenses must be transferred within 60 days.
• BSN required as of 4/27/2025 update; BSN obtained from an accredited institution; degree will be verified.
• BLS for healthcare providers is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess the physical, emotional, and social status of patients and coordinate with the care team.
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care with patient/family involvement.
• Direct the interdisciplinary care team to deliver care per plan and manage time, supplies, and priorities.
• Evaluate patient responses, revise plans as needed, and document outcomes accurately.
• Maintain professionalism, adhere to ethical standards, and ensure regulatory compliance.
