Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice; compact licenses must be transferred within 60 days.
• RNs with <12 months of experience must obtain BSN within 4 years of hire date.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution; degree will be verified.
• BSN is required as of the job description's last update on 4/27/2025; earlier hires held to previous requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assess: perform comprehensive assessment of physical, social and psychological status and collaborate with the care team.
• Plan: develop an individualized plan of care with patient, family and team involvement.
• Implement: direct the interdisciplinary team to deliver care per plan, manage time and resources.
• Evaluate: review outcomes, adjust the plan as needed, reassess changes.
• Professionalism: uphold ethical, legal standards and maintain accurate documentation.
