Qualifications

• Active Indiana RN license (or compact license) required.
• Recent operating room nursing experience required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures.
• Assist surgeons and surgical teams throughout operative procedures.
• Prepare and maintain a sterile operating room environment.
• Monitor patient safety and respond to changes in patient condition.
• Perform preoperative assessments and postoperative care as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation.
• Follow infection control, sterile technique, and facility protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals.
