Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Nursing education program with RN licensure requirement.
• BSN degree preferred for advancement and scope.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking are essential.
• Ability to operate EHR and clinical software efficiently.
• Excellent communication and teamwork are required.

Responsibilities

• Engages in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives.
• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, and collaborates with the team.
• Maintains safety culture and ensures accurate documentation.
• May float to other units to meet care needs.
• Adheres to ANA Code of Ethics and ensures age-specific care.
