Job summary

Corewell Health's Farmington Hills Hospital is seeking a full-time RN in the Operating Room team, working days from 6:55am to 3:25pm, Monday through Friday with on-call weekends. The site supports a Level II trauma center with a wide range of surgical services and an emphasis on nursing excellence.

Eligible candidates hold an Associate's Degree in Nursing, current MI RN licensure, and BLS certification, with OR RN experience and surgical tech exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates in Nursing is required.
• MI RN licensure is required; BLS certification required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• AHA/ARC BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• The RN applies the nursing process to provide professional care from assessment to discharge.
• Collaborates with the patient and family to plan care and educate, documenting in the health record.
• Delivers care in alignment with Corewell Health policies and procedures, under the Nurse Leader supervision.

Education

Associates in Nursing Required
