Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Permanent OR Registered Nurse in Texas to join our hospital team. The nurse will provide pre and postoperative care, administer medications, and educate patients within a fast-paced operating room environment.

Qualifications

• TX State RN License required.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience, OR setting preferred.
• Proficiency in medication administration, care planning, education, and pain management.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
• Educate patients and families about postoperative care, including pain management.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Respond to emergencies promptly and ensure patient safety.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations and standards.
• Pursue ongoing professional development to update clinical skills.
