Job summary

HonorHealth's Four Peaks Medical Center in Mesa, AZ seeks an experienced RN for the Operating Room. The role is day shift with a 4x10 schedule and a bonus option for on-call coverage. Requires 2 years of OR experience and AZ RN licensure; BLS is required.

BSN preferred; associate or diploma acceptable with relevant OR experience. The RN will provide perioperative care, manage IVs and medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in the OR as per posting.
• RN licensure in Arizona required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• BSN preferred; diploma/associate degree acceptable with experience.

Responsibilities

• Collect health data and develop patient care plans that are family-centered and evidence-based.
• Administer medications and manage IV lines per policy and orders.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Document observations, interventions and outcomes in the patient record.
• Provide patient and family education on post-operative care and recovery.
