Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a registered nurse at Four Peaks Medical Center in Mesa, AZ. The role supports OR Preop/PACU through direct patient care, medication administration, and care coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years RN experience (required)
• Preferred: Preop PACU experience

Responsibilities

• Assess and document patient health data and plan individualized care.
• Administer medications and IV therapies, monitor responses.
• Coordinate with physicians and care teams for patient needs.
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment and home care.
• Support evidence-based nursing practice and professional development.

BSN (within 60 months of hire)

ADN/Associates in Nursing

Diploma in Nursing
