Wellington Regional Medical Center, part of Universal Health Services (UHS), is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Operating Room (OR). This full-time role offers a day shift with potential overtime and shifts coverage.

The candidate should have OR experience, be a graduate of an accredited RN program, hold a Florida nursing license, and maintain BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications. A sign-on bonus of $15,000 is available for experienced nurses.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
• Current Florida nursing license.
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS per requirements (current upon hire).
• Experience in the Operating Room is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent nursing care per facility policies.
• Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Cross-train and float to meet facility needs; on-call duties as required.
