Job summary

OhioHealth Grant Medical Center is seeking an OR Staff RN for Bone & Joint with day shifts on a part-time basis. The role requires a BSN and an Ohio RN license, with at least 1 year of acute care RN experience. BLS certification is also required.

No weekends or holidays; call-stay commitment may apply. Responsibilities include health status assessment, care planning, implementation and evaluation within a multidisciplinary team, and active participation in process improvements to enhance patient

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• Candidates must have at least 1 year of acute care OR RN experience.

Responsibilities

• 30% Assessment/Diagnosis: initial and ongoing health status assessment.
• 30% Outcomes Identification/Planning: document interventions to achieve outcomes.
• 20% Implementation/Evaluation: monitor and revise plan with the team.
• 10% Leadership: participate in process improvement for quality and satisfaction.
• 10% Operations: perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
